The following shipping policy applies to all orders placed on our US online store.

1. Order Processing Time

All consumer electronic product orders will be reviewed, inspected, and packaged within 1–3 business days after the order confirmation is received. Weekends and official US holidays are excluded from processing days and will not be counted in the processing cycle.
During peak shopping seasons, promotional periods, or inventory restocking intervals, order processing may be slightly delayed due to increased order volume. We will proactively send notification emails to customers once abnormal delays occur, updating the latest order progress in a timely manner.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

All shipping fees are calculated based on the product weight, size, shipping distance and logistics method, and the final shipping cost will be clearly displayed and confirmed at the checkout page before order payment.
Our unified standard shipping time for all consumer electronic products is about 15 business days. The delivery cycle is for reference only and is not a guaranteed arrival time. Actual delivery time may be affected by logistics carrier efficiency, regional transportation restrictions, weather emergencies, customs inspection progress and other uncontrollable factors.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your electronic order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email via our official email address, which includes your exclusive order tracking number and official tracking query channel.
Please note that the logistics tracking information will not be updated immediately after shipment. Normally, tracking details will be synchronized and available for inquiry within 24 to 48 hours after the package is picked up and scanned by the logistics carrier.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers shall be solely responsible for filling in accurate, complete and valid shipping addresses, including detailed street information, zip code and correct contact phone number when placing orders. Please double-check all address information before completing payment.
WOOD DALLAS DEE shall not be liable for undelivered, misdelivered or returned packages caused by incorrect, incomplete or invalid shipping information provided by customers. If the package is returned to the warehouse due to address errors, customers need to bear the secondary shipping fee for re-delivery.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your consumer electronic package is confirmed lost during logistics transportation, please submit a lost package application and contact our customer service team within 3 calendar days after the estimated delivery date. We will verify the logistics records with the carrier and follow up on compensation and re-delivery solutions for you.
Damaged Packages & Defective Products in Transit: Electronic products are precision devices. If you receive a package with damaged outer packaging or non-functional, scratched, broken electronic products, please contact our support team within 24 hours after receiving the goods. You need to provide clear photos and videos of the outer package, product appearance and product failure status. We will verify the damage situation within 3 working days and provide corresponding after-sales solutions.

6. Electronic Product Usage & Maintenance Notice

All our consumer electronic products are attached with official user manuals and maintenance guidelines. Customers shall use, install, maintain and charge the products in strict accordance with the product instructions. WOOD DALLAS DEE does not undertake any liability for product failure, damage or performance loss caused by unauthorized disassembly, improper operation, non-compliant charging, artificial collision, water ingress and other human misuse.
We recommend customers to check the product integrity and basic functions immediately after receiving the goods, so as to avoid subsequent disputes caused by long-term unused products.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

For all cross-border and international shipping orders, the destination country or region may levy customs duties, import taxes, inspection fees and other related charges in accordance with local policy regulations. All additional fees incurred during customs clearance are borne solely by the customer.
The product price and shipping cost charged by our store do not include any customs-related fees. We will actively cooperate with customs inspection and provide relevant product declaration materials, but we are not responsible for order detention, delay or return caused by local customs policy adjustments and customer’s failure to pay relevant fees on time.
